:The City of Pendleton will be upgrading the existing 6-inch water main to an 8-inch main along South Main Street, from Count Avenue to Emigrant Avenue (encompassing the 200 and 300 blocks). Construction is scheduled to begin on March 3rd and is expected to take approximately 30 to 45 days to complete.:
